We want you to LOVE your purchase! Should you need to return for store credit or exchange, please put your item(s) back in the mail within 14 days. Tags must be attached and the item unworn to receive any credit. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping on all returns unless otherwise indicated as a promotion. All jewelry, handbags, sunglasses and lingerie are final sale. All sale items are also final sale. All Monkee’s boutiques are independently owned and operated, so we can only accept returns on purchases from this store location.
As a small business, we can not accommodate every return but we will be reasonable. Please contact us directly with any questions or concerns.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Shipping Policy
We offer a $12 Flat Rate shipping option and ship via UPS and USPS. Or a FREE pick up in store option for local customers.
After your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number to keep an eye out for your packages. Please note that delivery dates will vary based on your location.
Your easy, throw-on-and-go, trucker hat with Turkish kilim patch. No two are alike! Truckers are one size hat with high crown, structured bill and mesh back with adjustable snaps.
Please note: Each piece has been stitched to ensure quality and discourage fraying while maintaining the integrity of the fabric. However, due to the nature of the textiles, some fraying may occur. Additionally, color variations & imperfections should be expected as the norm. Wear with care!
Due to the hands-on and labor-intensive nature of their production, all ORIJINAL kilim products are final sale.
